Cancellation:

If you need to cancel your order before the shipping process begins, you are entitled to a full refund. However, if the order has already entered the installation or delivery stage, applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns:

You have 5 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. If you fail to attend the scheduled installation appointment within 7 working days, the order will be automatically canceled, and any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount. During this two-week period, our team will send reminder emails to prompt installation attendance. One day before cancellation, our customer service team will send a final email notification.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase included.

Refunds:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. After inspection, we will promptly update you on the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your credit card or original method of payment. The timing of the credit refund may vary based on your card issuer’s policies.

Please note that shipping costs for returning items are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Any refund issued will have the cost of return shipping deducted.

 

Manufacturing Defects:

In case of manufacturing defects, please consult the authorized dealer in your area.

 

Applicable Law:

By using Tiresinn, you agree to abide by the regulations and laws of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These laws will govern any disputes that may arise between you and Tiresinn or its associates.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any condition is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.
